Monday 2 December | Upload PDF proof of Delegate Bag Inserts, Programme book Adverts and any sponsored items for approval
Wednesday 11 December | Upload Schematic Stand Plan (Space only)
Wednesday 11 December | Upload Method statement submitted (Space only)
Monday 16 December | Upload company logo
Monday 16 December | Upload company name
Monday 16 December | Upload company profile
The above task deadlines are set to meet the deadlines for the programme book print timeline.
Failure to upload these on the portal by the deadline given may result in you not being included in the programme book.
Monday 16 December | Upload final PDF proof of Delegate Bag Inserts, Programme book Adverts and any sponsored items for approval
Monday 10 February | Acknowledgement of delivery date for delegate packs (Friday 28th February)

Monday 10 February | Confirmation completed registrations
We will email you a code specific to your company so you can register using the online registration system.
As per your contract agreement you will only be able to register using the code for the number of passes you have been allocated. As standard each exhibiting company is allocated two free passes which provide access to the Exhibition Hall only.
Any additional passes required will need to be purchased in advance by emailing SfEBESconference@endocrinology.org
No person will be admitted to the Exhibition except on the production of a valid invitation or pass. The Exhibition is not open to the general public.
Badges must be collected from the registration desk, on arrival.

Copy of Insurance Certificate (incl. Public Liability minimum £5m)
The above task deadlines are mandatory requirements that must be uploaded in advance of the meeting. You will not be allowed entry to the exhibition if you have not provided these. Failure to upload these on the portal by the deadline for our approval may delay your access on site if the provided materials do not meet the correct requirements.
