Building your HTML satellite email - View email online

During the lead-up to the event, we will be sending a satellite email on your behalf to our delegates. This is a great opportunity for you to promote your message, and point out where they can find you at the event.

If you have the HTML files ready to send us, or you'd like us to build the email for you, read the steps below.

How to send us your HTML files

We will send your prebuilt HTML email through our emailing platform to our delegates.

Here are a few things to know:

• We can only accept HTML, HTM, PNG, GIF, JPG, JPEG, CSS, and ZIP files.
• The maximum individual file size is 15 MB, and for zip files is 50 MB.
• We advise using tables and font tags in preference to CSS classes where possible (to ensure your email renders correctly).
