Room Set Up

The symposium room will be set up in cabaret style to the maximum capacity of 64 UNLESS otherwise requested. Each room will be equipped with the following:

• Top table for 2 faculty/chairpersons
• Table adjacent to the main door for symposium materials, placement will depend on space available.
• Basic AV package
