The Satellite Symposia

When

Satellite Symposia will be held during the evening on the first two days:

Monday 3^rd November: 17:45-18:45

Tuesday 4^th November: 17:30-18:30

Where

The rooms used for the satellite symposia will be the:

·        Packwood Suite

·        Charlecote Suite

Technical Rehearsal Slots

Monday 3^rd November – 13:00-14:00 (30-minute slot only)

Tuesday 4^th November – 12:45-13:45 (30-minute slot only)

Further Information

Sessions must run to time, based on the above access times.

Should you wish to use any session branding (branded lectern, head table etc.) the symposium room must be de-rigged as per the above times.

We have capacity to run two parallel symposia. Corporate supporters are given priority bookings with any remaining sessions allocated on a first come first served basis.

You cannot to record the session yourself, if you wish to have a recording of the satellite please arrange this prior with the events team or Carys to be added as part of your sponsorship package.
