The above task deadlines are set to meet the deadlines for the programme book print timeline.

Failure to upload these on the portal by the deadline given may result in you not being included in the programme book.

Thursday 9 October | Upload HTML email content for delegate email

Thursday 16 October | Upload registration passes

Form is downloadable from the task on the portal

As per your contract agreement please only list the number of passes you have been allocated using the form below, any passes that have not been agreed prior will not be registered. As standard each exhibiting company is allocated two free passes which provide access to the satellite symposia only.

No person will be admitted to the satellite except on the production of a valid invitation or pass. The Exhibition is not open to the general public.

Badges must be collected from the registration desk, on arrival.
