Stand Information

Electrics

Any electrical work may only be carried out by qualified contractors approved by the venue. All exhibitors must comply with the electrical requirements of the Health and Safety Information section. There will be no plug sockets available in the exhibition area, unless this is arranged with us prior to the event.

Furniture

A trestle table with and two chairs will be provided for each exhibiting company alongside white linen for the tables.

Height Restriction

No build is permitted.

Health and Safety Declaration

All exhibitors must complete the task on the portal and upload a health and safety declaration.  Please read the notes on the page prior to the form, for guidelines on completion.  Please note this is a mandatory requirement.

Risk Assessment

All exhibitors must complete the task on the portal and upload a risk assessment. Please note this is a mandatory requirement and you will not be granted access to the exhibition if this is not complete.
