The above task deadlines are set to meet the deadlines for the programme book print timeline.

Failure to upload these on the portal by the deadline given may result in you not being included in the programme book.

 

 

Monday 6 October | Upload health & safety declaration form

Monday 6 October | Upload risk assessment form

               Form is downloadable from the task on the portal

Monday 6 October | Upload insurance certificate

               Copy of Insurance Certificate (incl. Public Liability up to £5m)

 

The above task deadlines are mandatory requirements that must be uploaded in advance of the meeting. You will not be allowed entry to the exhibition if you have not provided these. Failure to upload these on the portal by the deadline for our approval may delay your access on site if the provided materials do not meet the correct requirements.

As per your contract agreement please only list the number of passes you have been allocated using the form below, any passes that have not been agreed prior will not be registered. As standard each exhibiting company is allocated two free passes which provide access to the Exhibition Hall only.

No person will be admitted to the Exhibition except on the production of a valid invitation or pass. The Exhibition is not open to the general public.

Badges must be collected from the registration desk, on arrival.
