Build Up

You may set-up your display on:

Monday 3 November | 08:00-09:00

Please note the hall will open to delegates at 09:30 on Monday morning

All storage boxes, packing materials etc. must be removed from the exhibition before opening

               17:45-18:45 – Satellite Symposia (session rooms)

Tuesday 4 November                     08:50 – 19:30

               17:15 – Main programme session finishing

               17:30 -18:30 – Satellite Symposia

               18:30-19:00 – Break for delegates

               19:00-19:30 – Welcome reception

Wednesday 5 November              09:00 – 15:15

Trolleys

Please note there will be no provision of trolleys for transportation of materials.
