Deliveries

To the Venue

We do not encourage any deliveries to be made to the hotel prior to your event as the hotel cannot guarantee their safe storage. Although, if you have large items that need delivering we recommend that you accompany these to the venue on Monday morning.

The Event Organisers regret that, for security reasons, we cannot sign on behalf of any exhibitor, or accept delivery of items of post. 

Return Shipments / Deliveries

Any collections after the event must be packaged and labelled clearly and arranged for collection no later than 17.00 on the 05 November 2025. Goods cannot be stored at the hotel and will be disposed of.
