Availability and Timings

Satellite Symposia will be held during the SfE BES lunch times:

Monday 10^th March: 

12:20-13:20 (Access from 12:10 – 13:25)

Tuesday 11^th March: 

13:15-14:15 (Access from 13:05 – 14:20)

Wednesday 12^th March:

12:30-13:30 (Access 12:20 – 13:35)

• The rooms used for the satellite symposia will be:
  • Queens Suite A (275 theatre) and Queens Suite B (275 theatre).

• Sessions must run to time, based on the above access times.
• Should you wish to use any session branding the symposium room must be de-rigged as per the above times.
• We have capacity to run two parallel symposia. Corporate supporters are given priority bookings with any remaining sessions allocated on a first come first served basis.
