DATES, DEADLINES AND FORMS

The dates and deadlines for tasks are outlined on the portal via the tasks section, please use this as your main focus for tasks and deadlines that need to be completed.

Some of these tasks will have a form linked to them for you to complete and submit back to us. Others will require you to email the form direct to the supplier or venue, this will be explained in the task.

These tasks are put in place to ensure that all elements of your sponsorship can be delivered. While we aim to deliver all items and booked services, failure to meet these deadlines may lead to delays or an inability to deliver on the item in question.
