Stand Information

Power

Any electrical work may only be carried out by qualified contractors approved by the venue. All exhibitors must comply with the electrical requirements of the Health and Safety Information section.

Should you require more power, please arrange this with us prior to the event, stating the maximum (not average!) power you require drawing. There will be an additional cost for this.

All equipment older than 12 months being used (including any adapters or extension leads) MUST have been PAT tested within 12 months of the event. Proof of all required PAT tests must be provided to the organisers in advance. Inspections will be carried out.

Furniture

Table top stand spaces vary in size, so please refer to your contract for exact measurements. Within the space there will be a table (6 ft x 2 ft) and two chairs. There will also be access to power.

Height Restriction

The maximum height for a stand is 2.5m.

Risk Assessment

All exhibitors must complete and upload a risk assessment, which can be found in the tasks section of BioSciSPEX. Please read the notes within the 'Health & Safety Information' section of the Exhibition Manual, for guidelines on completion. Please note this is a mandatory requirement.
