Set Up

Access for set-up can be gained from 09:00-17:00 for space only stands or 14:00-17:00pm for table top stands on Tuesday 11^th November and from 08:00-10:30 on Wednesday 12^th November.

All stands must be set-up by 10:30 on Wednesday 12^th November ahead of the first coffee break.

All storage boxes, packing materials etc. must be removed from the exhibition before opening.

Breakdown | Friday 14^th November

Removal of all exhibits and materials by 18:00.

Stands MUST begin break down as soon as all visitors have left the exhibition room at 16:30.

Please note there will be no provision of trolleys for transportation of materials.
