Set-Up

Access for set-up can be gained from 19:00 on Tuesday 7 November until 10:30 on Wednesday 8 November. Access is permitted through the night, but please be aware that the Organising Team and Venue Operations Team will not be on site past 21:00, and will return at 07:30 on Wednesday.

All stands must be set-up by 10:30 on Wednesday 8 November ahead of the first coffee break.

All storage boxes, packing materials etc. must be removed from the exhibition before opening.

16:30 – Exhibition room closes to delegates

Breakdown | Friday 10 November

Removal of all exhibits and materials by 17:30.

Stands MUST begin break down as soon as all visitors have left the exhibition room at 14:30.
